HB Reavis, owner of the Varso Place complex in Warsaw, has selected Magnicity to manage the top three floors of Varso Tower, the tallest skyscraper in the European Union. This is the sixth international location in Magnicity’s portfolio, reinforcing its position as a global leader in urban high-rise tourism.
The announcement comes shortly after two important steps for the brand: signing a contract to manage the top of the Zalmhaven Tower in Rotterdam and acquiring a patent for the Spiral Tower eco-friendly attraction.
Designed by renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners, Varso Tower rises to an impressive 310 meters above the Polish capital. Ideally located near the city center and Central Station, the tower is a symbol of modern architecture and innovation.
Magnicity’s new location in Warsaw will include a green terrace on the 49th floor and a spectacular rooftop on the 53rd floor of the skyscraper. Visitors can expect unforgettable panoramic views of Warsaw, an immersive experience and a spacious rooftop bar overlooking the garden and the famous Palace of Culture and Science – one of the city’s most recognizable symbols.
With this new location, Magnicity is consistently achieving its mission of transforming city skylines into must-see spots on the tourist map.
