These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: &#8220;Terms and Conditions&#8221;) govern the purchase and use of tickets for the Highline Warsaw Attraction (hereinafter: &#8220;Attraction&#8221;) through the online booking system available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.highllnewarsaw.org\">www.highllnewarsaw.org<\/a> or through official sales partners.<\/p>\n  <p>1.2. By purchasing a ticket, you (the &#8220;Customer&#8221;) accept these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Use of Highline Warsaw, available <a href=\"#\">HERE<\/a> (we will add a hyperlink).<\/p>\n  <p>1.3. The admission ticket is a document that entitles you to enter the Attraction on the date and time slot selected by you. Admission outside the designated date\/time may be denied. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"sec-2\">\n  <h5>\u00a72 TICKET PURCHASE RULES<\/h5>\n  <p>2.1. The purchase of a ticket can only be made after:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Choosing the date and number of people,<\/li>\n    <li>completing the contact information,<\/li>\n    <li>Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use,<\/li>\n    <li>making an online payment.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>2.2. Payments are made through a secure online payment system. Cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as online payment systems (such as BLIK). <\/p>\n  <p>2.3. Once payment is approved, the customer will receive a ticket via email in PDF form. The ticket must be printed or presented on a mobile device at the entrance. <\/p>\n  <p>2.4. The customer undertakes to enter correct data &#8211; incorrect data (e.g., e-mail address) does not constitute grounds for complaint or return.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"sec-3\">\n  <h5>\u00a73 PRICES AND SCOPE OF SERVICE<\/h5>\n  <p>3.1. Ticket prices include VAT and include access to the Attraction&#8217;s observation decks and public spaces on the selected date.<\/p>\n  <p>3.2. The price does not include additional services such as catering, tour guide, special events, photo shoots, etc.<\/p>\n  <p>3.3. The operator reserves the right to change prices. Changes do not affect tickets already purchased. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"sec-4\">\n  <h5>\u00a74 RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS<\/h5>\n  <p>4.1. In accordance with Article 38(12) of the Law on Consumer Rights, tickets for cultural and recreational events held on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal (no refunds). <\/p>\n  <p>4.2. It is possible to change the date or time of an appointment once, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to the availability of a new date.<\/p>\n  <p>4.3. In case of cancellation by the Operator (e.g. due to weather, force majeure) &#8211; the Customer has the right to:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Transferring the ticket to another date,<\/li>\n    <li>or ticket reimbursement.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>4.4. Complaints should be submitted by email to: <a href=\"mailto:info@highllnewarsaw.org\">info@highllnewarsaw.org,<\/a> stating the order number and details of the request.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"sec-5\">\n  <h5>\u00a75 ENTRY AND VERIFICATION<\/h5>\n  <p>5.1. Entry to the Attraction is possible only with a valid ticket.<\/p>\n  <p>5.2. People with reduced tickets (e.g., children, students) are required to show the appropriate identity document at the entrance. In the absence of it &#8211; a surcharge for a regular ticket applies. <\/p>\n  <p>5.3. Each visitor is subject to security checks in accordance with the Terms of Use.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"sec-6\">\n  <h5>\u00a76 RESPONSIBILITY<\/h5>\n  <p>6.1. The customer is fully responsible for damage caused through his fault on the Attraction.<\/p>\n  <p>6.2. The operator is not responsible for loss or damage to tickets, electronic devices, or items left unattended.<\/p>\n  <p>6.3. In case of violation of the rules of use &#8211; the customer may be ejected from the area of the Attraction without the right to a refund of the ticket.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"sec-7\">\n  <h5>\u00a77 FORCE MAJEURE AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY<\/h5>\n  <p>7.1. In the event of force majeure circumstances (e.g., storms, alarms, security threats), the operator may suspend or cancel entries without obligation to pay compensation.<\/p>\n  <p>7.2. Closure of a part of the Attraction (e.g., elevator, outdoor terrace) for technical or weather reasons does not constitute grounds for a complaint, as long as the Customer has gained access to the rest of the exhibition.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"sec-8\">\n  <h5>\u00a78 APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/h5>\n  <p>8.1. Polish law shall apply to the contract concluded between the Customer and the operator of the Attraction.<\/p>\n  <p>8.2.
