process.<\/li><li>Develop detailed briefs and schedules for events.<\/li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (F&amp;B, Guest Experience, etc.) and external suppliers.<\/li><li>Prepare and communicate a detailed event charter (function sheet) to enable operational teams to effectively execute the event.<\/li><li>Maintain ongoing communication with the client during the planning and execution stages of the event (confirmations, changes, checklists).<\/li><li>Participation in pre-event meetings.<\/li><li>Ensure compliance of operations with applicable brand standards and safety requirements.<\/li><li>Represent Highline Warsaw at industry events, presentations and B2B meetings.<\/li><li>Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for improvements.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in the event, hospitality or MICE industry in positions related to event coordination or creation.<\/li><li>Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li><li>Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and external partners.<\/li><li>High personal culture and ability to represent a premium brand.<\/li><li>Attention to detail, self-reliance, and resistance to stress.<\/li><li>Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>
